Whenever we create a new boot or binding, we produce a large quantity of spare parts for replacement of broken or lost parts.  As you can imagine, we have literally hundreds of thousands of spare parts in our archive. Some we almost never need; some are requested more frequently.

Our Spare Parts Page has now been updated and relaunched. We offer full exploded diagrams of all of our Binding and Boot models (at the top of the page) to help assist with finding what the part number you will be looking for is. If by chance the part you are looking for is still out of stock on our site, please send us back a screenshot of which part you were looking to buy, and we will help you out the best we can!

For Warranties:

Our policy is that we promise to have compatible (if not exact) pieces for three years after the season of production. IE for a binding released onto the market for sale during 2022/23, we will have pieces through winter 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25. If we need to produce more spares for a discontinued binding during that time, we do.

Please note that reasonable charge will be applied if a product is not valid for warranty (due to warranty limitations or warranty period).
