The Nidecker Pro program allows access to pro level pricing for certain categories of industry professionals. If you would like to request access, please contact us here.

Pro Program Terms & Conditions

Additional Discounts

Nidecker Pro program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on nidecker.com including shipping discount promotions.


Code expiration date

Programs are annual and run from fall to summer. Codes issued in previous years expire - you may need to reapply annually if your Pro membership doesn't renew automatically. 


Personal use

Products purchased through the Nidecker Pro program are for your personal use only. Any person found to be attempting to resell or otherwise re-distribute products purchased through the Nidecker Pro program will have future access privileges revoked. All Nidecker Pro program orders are monitored. If you have friends or family interested in Nidecker product, please refer them to their local Nidecker dealer or Nidecker.com.


Code limitations

The code used to activate your Pro account works once, although repeat purchases can be made using that same account. If you get a new email address, please reapply to the program.


Returns

Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. If your new and unused item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund. For US and Canadian returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.

When ordering Nidecker products, please use the sizing charts to determine the correct size. Keep in mind that ordering multiple sizes and returning a large part of your order has a big environmental impact due to the excess shipping and packaging.

For US and Canada - All discounted items sales are final and do not qualify for a return and refund.

Warranty

Products purchased on Nidecker Pro program include standard product warranty. Warranty period varies by product category. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. See complete warranty policy here.


Here are a couple of rules to keep in mind when using our ProForm Program Membership:

  1. Our PRO Community consists of qualified outdoor professionals and/or individuals actively engaged in our core mission. It is a membership program which needs to be renewed on a yearly basis. In addition to that, it should be considered a privilege and not a right nor entitlement. It is not a partnership nor a sponsorship but a relationship of mutual respect.

  2. Your Pro Community account is for your personal use only, so placing an order for friends or family is not allowed. Items purchased using your membership discount allowance should therefore be for personal use only and are NOT for resale nor gifting. Any purchasing of gifts will result in the immediate cancellation of your account. You will be notified if there are any promotions that would be an exception to this rule.

  3. Being a member of our PRO Community is a non-transferable benefit. We, therefore, ask you to keep your account information confidential. We will not be liable for any fraudulent use of your account by a third party.

  4. We reserve the right to manage a PRO Community membership at its discretion and terminate access without explanation or notice and without compensation due to any abuse (see point 2) or any other reason.

  5. Your Pro Community membership entitles you to $2000 spending limit per 12-month period starting on Oct 1st and ending on Sep 30th based on the discounted price for all your purchases. We will keep track of each individual’s purchases. If this is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel your Pro Community membership with immediate effect.

  6. We reserve the right to change these PRO Community Rules at any time. This includes revising eligibility criteria, spending limits as well as the quantity of products available for purchase - to mention a few examples.

  7. These Rules and benefits of membership in the PRO Community are confidential. Violating this confidentiality obligation can result in the immediate revocation of your membership. Talking about your PRO Community membership and pricing is disruptive to our business; please comply with this confidentiality obligation.

  8. The discount offered to you as a member of the PRO Community has been communicated to you in the Welcome email that you have received when (re)joining the PRO Community. Your PRO Community membership discount allowance cannot be combined with any other offers, web specials or discounts. Some additional items might be excluded from your discount allowance.

  9. Our PRO Community members will pay a flat shipping rate of $25 per order.

Limit of 2 snowboards, 2 pairs of binding, 1 pairs of boots,1 board bag, 3 apparel/soft goods items.

All we ask is that you adhere to our Pro Program rules to avoid any issues with your order and so we can continue to hook up our homies in the industry. Orders beyond the above criteria will be flagged as fraudulent and will not be fulfilled. Additionally, please note that the discount cannot be applied to items that are already discounted or on sale. We monitor the use of these codes, and any abuse of this code will result in order cancellation and a potential exclusion from the program in the future.

Out of respect to our awesome retailers, please DO NOT mention your discount in any snowboard shop. Being a part of the Pro Program is a privilege that we are stoked to offer exclusively to industry professionals, and we never want to take business away from the shops that carry our product. So, if you do visit your shop to check out any of our products in person, please keep your discount to yourself but do be sure to support them through other purchases (even if it's just wax or socks, shops rely on snowboarders like us to keep the lights on and the culture thriving).
